All software products are sold as perpetual licenses with a one-time purchase fee.
Delivery
Software products are delivered electronically via web download unless a USB dongle license is purchased. Shipping and handling charges for USB dongles vary based on customer location.

Commercial, academic (degree-granting institutions), and volume pricing options are available. Please note that companies affiliated with universities are not eligible for academic pricing.

Return Policy
Infometrix software may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the customer must provide a signed statement confirming that:
- The software has been completely uninstalled; and
- All copies of the software and related documentation have been permanently destroyed.
